Last longer in bed? Yes you can

To last longer in bed. How can I do it?

For most men across the world, to last longer in bed, and how to do it, is one of the major concerns related to their sexual life.

Whether that be a casual or a serious relationship, lasting longer and being able to perform well in bed, and offer the ultimate pleasure to their partner(s), is a measure of their manhood, and if they fall ‘short’, nothing can be more embarrassing and shameful.

However, the present lifestyle and habits (stress, medication, alcohol, not enough sleep) often take a toll on even the strongest men and a good portion of the adult male population suffer from problems like premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED) which prevent them from being able to perform well in their sexual life.

Orgasms and times

  • EJACULATION TIME

Intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) or average time for Ejaculation: 5.4 minutes . Intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) is defined as the time between the start of vaginal intromission and the start of intravaginal ejaculation. Apparently young guys last longer than older guys. I would have bet for the opposite!

  • 02 EJACULATION TIME 2

Half of the adult male population can last only for 3 minutes or less

  • 03 EJACULATION TIME 3

10% of the male population can last 1 minute or less. These are the Premature Ejaculation Guys.

  • 04 WOMEN ORGASM TIME

Average women take between 10 and 20 minutes to reach the orgasm. Median time is 12 minutes

  • 05 WOMEN ORGASM TIME 2

Only 30%/40% of the women reach orgasm during intercourse

Numbers show a very disappointing scenario for women. The obvious outcome is that men are unable to satisfy their female partner which often lead to waning sexual relation, stress, depression and breakups and divorces. More info about orgasm statistics here.

Orgasm and Age

Not good news for the oldies: The median IELT decreased significantly with age, from 6.5 minutes in the 18-30 years group, to 4.3 minutes in the group older than 51 years. Two minutes is a long time in the sex world. Again, you can better your numbers with exercise (or chemicals).

What is Premature Ejaculation (PE)

1 out 3 men experienced PE at some time. But it is not an issue, at least you have the following symptoms:

  • You last less than a minute, or you ejaculate within the minute
  • You aren’t able to control your ejaculation while having sex all or most of the time
  • You don’t want to have sex as a result of the frustration and stress that generates.

Best tips for last longer in bed

If you are wondering what you can do to prevent your sexual life from spiraling down the abyss, then here’s some good news for you. Both PE and ED can be cured, and you can become the “longer lasting boy” in bed, performing quite better than you usually did. Following a few simple steps can help you get a control on your body so that you can satisfactorily last longer in bed to enjoy the complete pleasure of your sex life:

#1 – Confide in your partner

If you find that problems like ED, PE, etc. are affecting your sexual life, it is important that you disclose this fact to your partner. If you need to solve your problems, you need to get the full support of your partner. Without the assistance from your partner, it would be quite impossible to cure the problem. So, instead of hiding the truth, confide in her and ask her to help you in solving the problem.

# 2 – Workout – Kegel

Not in gyms, but at home. Practice especially formulated Kegel and reverse Kegel exercises that are known to help in prolonging ejaculation as well strengthening the pelvic and penile muscles. Stronger muscles ensure that you can control your ejaculation much longer and also contributes to enhance the erection quality during intercourse. If you don’t know what a hell is Kegel exercises, here is the guide how to do them. There are quite simple, and you can practice them wherever you are.

Building control

# 3 – Women come first!

ladies come first

This is the commandment, this is the law, this is the constitution, this is everything.
Program your brain to comply with the law, the constitution and the commandment. Wherever you go, wherever you are, WOMEN COME FIRST, ALWAYS. Forever and ever, amen. You can use your mouth, fingers, toys etc. to help her to come first, but she must come first. Period.

If this happens,  your anxiety will be reduced, and you will be more relaxed about the whole situation.

# 4 – Engage in foreplay

Foreplay builds intimacy, and it’s as pleasant and enjoyable as sex, and what’s better: increases duration.

So do not be in a hurry to have sex. Start slowly. Spend some time with your partner before an intercourse. Tantalize yourself as well as your partner, involve in sensual massages, licking, kisses and touching, exploring other erogenous zones than the clitoris and gradually move to penetrative sex. As we said, an elaborate foreplay ensures more pleasure and better chances of lasting longer in bed.

SEX is not only a penis penetrating a vagina – it’s a whole experience and ceremony. Just make sure you listen to each other.

# 5 – Stop and go

When you are close to ejaculate, stop. Move out. Take a breath. Stay out about 5 to 10 seconds. Relax a little. Come back again. Advice: Don’t wait until the very last second to move out because you risk losing control. You know yourself and this technique should be used, at the beginning, when you are about 15/20 seconds away from ejaculating. You can move closer as you gain practice and your pelvic and penis muscles gained strength. This technique, known as “edging” is widely used by the porno actors. You can see them moving out when needed. I use it all the time.

# 6 – Squeezing

When you feel the orgasm is coming, stop and squeeze right below the head of your penis. Apply firm pressure with your thumb and forefinger. Do it for 10 seconds. This penis squeeze technique  represses the ejaculatory response and can help you last longer in bed by decreasing sexual tension.

# 7 – Masturbation

Masturbate 1 or 2 hours before the expected sexual session. This will alleviate the pressure and reduce the anxiety before the sex.

# 8 – Distraction

While having sex, let your mind fly. Think about your boss, job, debt, Trump, whatever helps you to put some distance. It’s weird but effective.

# 9 – Switch positions

Put your woman on top. This will help you with the #8 and also your penis tip can be less stimulated.

# 10 – Thick condoms, anesthetic condoms, anesthetic cream (EMLA Cream)

The three alternatives have the same objective: desensitize the head of your penis or glans. This will help you to feel less. Remember that the area above the frenulum is the equivalent to the clitoris in women. So if you numb the nerves responsible for ejaculation ending in this area, you will have more chances to last longer.

# 11 – Medicine

PE is usually related to anxiety disorders. So if your doctor prescribes you something to treat that disorder, it will be helping your PE situation.

In Europe, Asia and Latin American there is a drug named Dapoxetine, marketed as Priligy and Westoxetin. It’s indicated specifically for PE. The experts say that Dapoxetine, given 1–3 hours before a sexual episode, prolongs IELT (intravaginal ejaculation latency time), increases the sense of control and sexual satisfaction in men of 18 to 64 years of age with PE.

Finally

Do not stress yourself to premature ejaculation. If you keep thinking that you cannot perform well and last longer in bed, you will never be able to perform well. Change your thought process and start believing in yourself. Build up your confidence gradually, and you will find a noticeable change in how long you last.
